So far this year, we've already seen two video-game adaptations in Ratchet & Clank and Angry Birds. Both weren't great and the latest adaption stepping up to try and break the curse of vide-game movies being bad is Duncan Jones' Warcraft: The Beginning and here's my review of it.
Video games don't quite have a very good track record when it comes to getting a big screen adaption. However, next year looks to finally break that trend with some promising adaptions, such as the likes of Angry Birds, Assassin's Creed and, of course, Duncan Jones' Warcraft. Well, the first trailer and poster for the forthcoming fantasy-thriller have arrived and this looks impressive, to say the least.
