Ahead of Comic-con next week, several studios have today released stills for their projects to tease fans of the arrival of their films in Hall H from next week. We've seen Batman v Superman stills, a Deadpool one and, now, an image for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 has also been released.

Entertainment Weekly debuted the new still, from part 2 of the epic 2 part conclusion to The Hunger Games franchise, as a part of their Comic-con preview issue, ahead of the film's appearance in Hall H soon. The shot features Elizabeth Banks' Effie Trinket standing with Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen. The former is in her iconic, crazy getup whereas the latter is suited and booted in her Mockingjay suit. The pair look distraught, which is no surprise considering the events that are set to go down in the franchise finale.

When talking to EW about the still, director Francis Lawrence said, "There is some serious girl power in this movie. [Suzanne Collins] wrote it that way, and it’s been so much fun to inhabit." He continued, "It’s probably the most emotional of the bunch. And I think it’s the most ­satisfying of the bunch." Both Jennifer and Francis Lawrence will be in attendance at Comic-con next week, alongside Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Willow Shields and producer Nina Jacobson. Some never-before-seen footage from Mockingjay Part 2 will be shown during the panel.

Here's the film's official synopsis:
With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends – including Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Finnick (Sam Claflin), and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) – Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.
Francis Lawrence returns to the helm for what is sure to be one of the biggest films of the year. Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Donald Sutherland, Natalie Dormer and Julianne Moore are amongst the many returning. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 opens on November 20th, 2015.
