Just the other day, not only did tickets go on sale for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 but a fiery final poster was also unveiled and, now, hot on the heels of that reveal, the films final trailer has also been released.

This evening, Lionsgate have unveiled the final trailer for the forthcoming conclusion to the epic The Hunger Games franchise and it's the best one yet. There's lots of new footage on offer and it's an action-packed, intense and just exciting reveal. We get to see more of the war itself, against Snow, in action, and there's lot of emotional moments between our characters too - most especially a touching dance between Katniss and her little sister Prim. Welcome to the 76th Hunger Games.

Mockingjay Part 2 looks like a great conclusion to the series but it looks like it respects and honours Suzanne Collins' novel too. From everything we've seen up until now, the finale looks action-packed, emotionally charged and just much bigger in scope than any of the previous instalments and even the book, for that matter. It looks epic and, honestly, I'm even more excited than ever now to see the film when it releases next month. Tears will be shed, I guarantee it.

Here's the film's official synopsis:
With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends – including Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Finnick (Sam Claflin), and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) – Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.
Francis Lawrence returns to the helm for what is sure to be one of the biggest films of the year. Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Donald Sutherland, Natalie Dormer and Julianne Moore are amongst the many actors set to star in the film. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 opens on November 20th, 2015.
