One of the biggest surprises of the past few years came in the form of 2014's The Lego Movie - a film no one expected anything of, that was genuinely very funny and great. Following on from its success, one of its best characters, none other than Lego Batman, is getting the solo treatment, with his own film: The Lego Batman Movie.
This year's Comic-Con is underway, and today was a big day in Hall H, bringing lots of exciting and hugely anticipated films to San Diego. Plenty was shown at the Warner Bros. panel, inlcuding a new trailer for animated spin-off The Lego Batman Movie, which has now arrived online.
This past week has been Batman crazy. Over the weekend, Batman v Superman released (read my review here) and the first teaser trailer for The Lego Batman Movie arrived (watch that here) but it's not over yet as The Dar Knight is back in yet another teaser trailer for his forthcoming, solo, Lego outing, set to hit cinemas next February.
This weekend is set to see the historical cinematic battle between two of the most iconic comic-book characters ever, Batman and Superman, in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but there's another Dark Knight here to steal the show, in the first The Lego Batman Movie trailer, poster and stills.
